Royal Mail Postal Strike October, November & December 2022

Due to the planned postal strikes we not be able to order and send stock as we normally would.  Most of our stock is live and cannot be in the post very long before it degrades. 

We also have a break in service while our suppliers and Royal Mail are closed.  

I appreciate this is all very complicated, please just email me tessa@ladybirdplantcare.co.uk if you would like to get exact despatch times for an order you have placed/are looking to place.

Below are some key dates related to ordering.  

Royal Mail Strike Dates - Weds 14th & Thurs 15th, Fri 23rd & Sat 24th December

Orders already in for sachets and nematodes - Despatch will be Friday 16th

Last order deadline for pre Xmas despatch - Friday 16th December noon

Order cut off for delivery 30th Dec - w/c 2nd - Friday 23rd December noon

Office Closure (partial closure, emails will still be answered sporadically) - 23rd December - 3rd January

First order cut off date for 2022 - Order by 9am Tuesday 3rd January

Thank you so much for all your orders, questions and support this year.

Apart from the last few weeks, 2022 has been fantastic and I'm so pleased that the new houseplant owners and novice gardeners have stuck at it despite some challenging weather conditions and setbacks due to pest outbreaks.

Here's to less 'outbreaks' and more growth in 2023!  Oh and no strikes please!
