How to use
When and how to use these nematodes depends on the pest you are trying to get rid of.
Codling Moth & Oriental Fruit Moth - best treated September/October and when air temperatures are 14° to 30°
Shore Fly - Treat as soon as pest is seen and reapply fortnightly, soil temperature must be above 12°
Caterpillars - Treat as soon as pest is seen and weekly until infestation clears then fortnightly to keep them away, soil temperature must be above 12°
Gooseberry Sawfly - Treat as soon as pest is seen and weekly until infestation clears then fortnightly to keep them away, soil temperature must be above 12°
Root Fly - Treat your crop after sewing and then fortnightly, soil temperature must be above 12°
Sciarid Fly - Nematodes are more effective if the sciarid population is high. The nematodes are watered on, and which attacks the sciarid larvae underground.

The nematodes should be used at the first sign of the pest, so long as the temperature is above 10°C. Repeat application may be necessary. For root pests fortnightly is recommended, for foliar pests weekly for three weeks and for trees 2 applications two weeks apart.
As soon as you receive your nematodes put them in the fridge until you are ready to use them. On the day of application get them out and allow them to warm up to room temperature. These nematodes are used as a soil drench or a foliar spray depending on the pest that you are looking to control. Carrot and cabbage root fly, cutworm, onion and sciarid fly - follow the instructions for soil drench, water them on.
